Good Morning Church Family:

If you are like me you are keeping an eye on the weather forecast for this weekend and early next week. Depending on the weather models there is a possibility of up to an inch of accumulated ice from freezing rain or a ton of snow. They are predicting major power outages all over the south that could last up to a week. AND it’s too cold for that. Everyone is preparing for the worst.

But we know that our God is bigger than all that. We know that he protects, rescues, and intervenes. I am calIling on all our people to pray for God's help and his umbrella of protection.

Our Elders have decided to go ahead and cancel activities at church tomorrow due to the forecast of ice, snow, freezing temperatures, and excessive winter weather prolonged into next week. We will be posting an abbreviated service on FACEBOOK LIVE tomorrow, January 25, at 11:00am.

Please stay home and be safe. The High School is open for shelter for those who need it. Please feel free to contact us if there is anything we can do. If you are in need of supplies, please feel free to call us. If there is a medical emergency please call 911.
