At BCCC, we put an emphasis on spiritual growth. We want to reach out and train our youth. We desire to teach people spiritual disciplines. And we want the church to grow so we also work in outreach and evangelism. Sometimes our results are good but sometimes they are not.
It is a proven fact that men can be the key to success in these areas. If you train men how to be the spiritual leader in their family they will impact not only their spouse and children but they will also impact people at their work, in their community, and in their church. The efforts of the church will be more successful because godly men are praying and helping out. This is what FOCUS Men's Fellowship is all about.
Those who participate in FOCUS Men's Fellowship will notice an improvement in their personal lives too. They are much happier, at peace, and are able to deal with situations in confidence. This happens because men are encouraged by other men who are going through the same things they are. Instead of trudging through life alone they find that men of faith are there to help. Together they find that God is there to help protect, provide, and help them to succeed in all areas of their life. And they build bonds of faith that encourage and help them even in times of difficulty.
FOCUS Men's Fellowship will focus on spiritual development. Members are part of a program that is built around Christ, so they are always working on their relationship with Him.
FOUCS Men's Fellowship will help build strong male bonding relationships: In a difficult world, it’s more important now than ever before for Christian men to have brothers whom they can trust.
FOCUS men's fellowship is the place where they can meet brothers in the faith and develop those relationships that last a lifetime; the rare kind of relationship that continues to support both their spiritual growth and temporal happiness.
FOCUS Men's Fellowship help give men a focused purpose. Even though men are united in their faith, they are still individuals with unique gifts and interests. The fellowship provides a place where they can make goals for themselves with righteous purpose. They can then achieve those goals, whatever they may be, with the support of the other members and leadership.
We hope you will join us for FOCUS Men's Fellowship.
Mark your calendar for Friday, February 15th, at 6:30pm because the men will be preparing a meal for their wives. We are planning a delicious meal and a special devotion for both husbands and wives. Sign-up on the table in the foyer so we will have an idea how many husbands and wives are coming. Don’t have a wife? Come join us anyway.
Our next regular meeting is March 15th at 6:30 PM.
See you there!
